Speak Out:
Brian,
Jennifer Parker and Family
"The
work of Make Way Partners was introduced to our family and
Brian's company by Kimberly. We were all immediately
intrigued to find ways to do whatever we could for these little
ones who are basically helpless. David, the only human
God described as “after My own heart”, frequently referred
to God as the Helper of the Helpless and Father of the Fatherless. We
believe it is our duty and responsibility as Believers in
Him to provide such help and protection in His name.
Through the Make Way Partners team, you can provide immediate
and effective relief and help to those who are truly suffering
via the specific donations to MWP, spreading the word to others,
and more importantly, prayer for the “little ones” whom the
ministry seeks to protect and nurture. You even have
the opportunity to get to know those who are benefitting from
your financial assistance or prayers.
The truth is, such
suffering and destitution makes us uncomfortable. We
are surrounded by luxuries and comfort in the West.
It is hard to talk about such suffering without being very
uncomfortable. Imagine that your child lived on the
side of the road and did not know how old he or she was, if
he or she had any family or anything else and was considered
prey for wild animals or evildoers. The world is becoming
a smaller place and many of our little ones are suffering.
We can all help right now. The smallest acts of unconditional
love and kindness can change the world forever."
